After many years of our telephone line dropping during calls, poor call quality and on occasion our customers not being able to get through to the office, we finally had enough! We met with Steve at Saecom. He explained the procedures and costs for switching our line and he then took the hassle out of the switch by dealing with BT regarding the install and management of the line moving forward. We upgraded to the VOIP platform and what a difference.

To date we have not had one issue with the line and we would highly recommend the service to anyone.
