3 Easy Steps To Switching Broadband Providers

If you’re finding that your business’ broadband bill is too expensive or that you’re not getting the best service, here’s 3 easy steps to switching providers. You’ll be surprised to find that the switching process is much simpler than you think!

1.  Firstly, ask yourself what is the issue with your current service? If your broadband bill is too expensive, we can figure out your options – there’s no need to spend hours researching your options when we can do all the work for you. All you need to do is send us a copy of your latest bill and we will conduct a thorough analysis of where we can save you money. We’ll provide you with a FREE quotation of what we can offer you and assess your business’ current set up. For example, we will check if you’re eligible to upgrade to Fibre Broadband.

2.  If you’re happy with the quote/plan you receive and you’re ready to switch to Saecom, all we need is your contact details, business address and the broadband telephone number. We’ll then send you a Direct Debit form and Customer Agreement to sign and send back to us.

Note: If you require a new router (e.g. if your current one is locked by your previous provider), we can send you a preconfigured router and all you’ll need to do is plug it in and you’re good to go! If your current router is unlocked, we can change the router’s settings and the switch is done.

3.  That’s it! Leave the rest to us. You won’t need to contact your current provider to tell them you’re leaving as we will sort it all out for you. We’ll keep you updated and send you a welcome pack with lots of goodies!
